Our digital platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”) are available through our primary website, www.viapassport.com, and affiliated subdomains (“Websites”). Our goal is to provide users with streamlined and efficient experience when handling passport applications.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you and Via, outlining the conditions of your access to and use of our Service and Websites. By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are integrated herein by reference.
