Refund Policy

At Via, we value flexibility and fairness, which is why we provide a 7-day refund period. If you choose to cancel your service within 7 days of the date of purchase and your application has not yet entered processing, you are eligible for a full refund.

Requesting a refund is quick and easy. You can access your client portal and select the Request Refund option. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via chat or by email at contact@viapassport.com to initiate the process. Every refund request is reviewed individually, and we strive to resolve cases fairly while upholding our commitment to excellent service.

2. Refund Policy Guidelines

Refund Eligibility Based on Service Status:

  • Within 7 Days – Not Processed: A full refund will be issued.
  • Beyond 7 Days or If Processing Has Begun: Refunds are not typically provided. However, exceptions may be considered at Via’s sole discretion if a formal request is submitted to contact@viapassport.com detailing the reason for the refund request.

An application is marked as processed once a processing slot has been assigned and a shipping label has been generated. This signifies that the required documentation is in transit or committed to external entities, making refunds unavailable at this stage.
