We provide passport application preparation and support through our online platform to help individuals navigate the passport application process. Applications may be submitted through licensed registered courier agents listed by the U.S. Department of State.
Applicants always have the option to apply directly through the official U.S. Department of State website.
All passports are issued solely by the U.S. Department of State. Service fees charged by VIA are separate from government fees.
Refund Policy
Effective: February 2, 2026
At VIA, we value flexibility and fairness, which is why we provide a 7-day refund period. If you choose to cancel your service within 7 days of the date of purchase, and your application has not begun preparation or submission coordination.
1. Submitting a Refund Request
Requesting a refund is quick and easy. You can access your client portal and select the Request Refund option. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via chat or by email at contact@viapassport.com to initiate the process. Every refund request is reviewed individually, and we strive to resolve cases fairly while upholding our commitment to excellent service.
2. Refund Policy Guidelines
Refund Eligibility Based on Service Status:
- Within 7 Days – Not Processed: A full refund will be issued.
- Beyond 7 Days or If Processing Has Begun: Refunds are not typically provided. However, exceptions may be considered at VIA’s sole discretion if a formal request is submitted to contact@viapassport.com detailing the reason for the refund request.

A full refund is available if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase, provided that your application preparation has not begun.
3.3. Definition of “Processed”
An application is marked as processed once submission coordination or shipping preparation has started and a shipping label has been generated. This signifies that the required documentation is in transit or committed to external entities, making refunds unavailable at this stage.
